Note to Self

In the clip of film that you are currently editing your actor says how was Nancy and then the reply was HE was feeling better so that needs to be changed ahhh

    Might need to post-synch (i.e. re-record the dialogue). You wouldn't need to re-shoot the entire scene, just that shot.
